2020 has been one crazy year to say the least, and if you are not using meditation as a tool for navigating this wild and weird year, I highly recommend you give it a go. So if you know me personally, you know that I am not a runner.
I despise it, honestly, mainly because for all of my school and growing up years, and then most of my adult life, it was made out to be the ONLY way to exercise, and yet my untreated, subtly asthmatic lungs made it nearly impossible for me to do.
I had tried doing it outside but the cold weather caused what felt like fire in my lungs, and I had tried it at a gym, as I attempted to look like I knew what I was doing and was not thoroughly hating every second of it, but my pocket book and my lack of time combined with lack of results and hating it mentality nixed that plan too.
When I did successfully do it for any length of time, which was usually only a week or two before I quit, I saw NO results from these forced efforts, and it truly felt like a slow form of torture, so why bother.
