So if you know me personally, you know that I am not a runner.
I despise it, honestly, mainly because for all of my school and growing up years, and then most of my adult life, it was made out to be the ONLY way to exercise, and yet my untreated, subtly asthmatic lungs made it nearly impossible for me to do.

We no longer need to accept lifestyle related disease as a certain fate! For me that included high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, and rectal cancer in the making! Yikes!
