The Gift of Pause and Pivot

I realize this is can be a far stretch, but I truly believe that trials are put in our paths to guide us to a new place, and this trial we are all facing right now is unprecedented for sure, but also a beautiful gift forcing us to pause and pivot.

For my own personal life, I have long witnessedĀ within my own career in nursing, that we are quite often understaffed, overworked, and largely unsupported, and this situation we are in has highlighted that on a tragic scale, among many other things that we largely take for granted and don't give due credit in the world, and while tragic indeed, it is also going to be the catalyst for major change.
