REVIVE YOUR ROOTS™
When your body suddenly feels unfamiliar.
And what used to work no longer does… Revive Your Roots™ helps women in midlife understand why their bodies have changed.
We look at your story, your symptoms and, when it makes sense, functional testing as one picture, so you know where to put your effort.
When things stop feeling like “you”…
Maybe it crept in slowly. Maybe it seemed to happen all at once.
What life may feel like now
• Weight is settling around your middle, and it’s harder to shift than it used to be.
• Your energy fades before the day is done, and sleep isn’t what it used to be.
• Meals leave you bloated or uncomfortable, and you’re not sure why.
• Your mood feels less steady than it used to.
• You’ve been told your labs look “normal,” and you left feeling dismissed.
• You’re overwhelmed by conflicting advice and unsure what actually applies to you.
• You’ve tried supplements, programs, or “the next thing”… and still feel stuck.
• You wonder if this is “just aging,” or if something more is going on.
What could feel different
• You understand how your symptoms connect, instead of treating each one on its own.
• You know what matters most for your body right now, and what you can stop worrying about.
• You have a clear plan instead of guesswork.
• You feel confident supporting your body through changing hormones.
• You’re working toward what matters to you: steadier energy, better sleep, meals you can enjoy, and feeling comfortable in your clothes.
• You feel grounded, informed, and connected to your body again.
This isn’t about chasing perfection…
or finding one magic answer.
It’s about seeing how the pieces connect… and finally having a path that makes sense for you.
Introducing Revive Your Roots™
A root-cause wellness program for women in midlife who want to understand what’s changed in their bodies, and what to actually do about it.
Instead of looking at one symptom at a time, we look at how the pieces connect… from metabolism and hormones to digestion, stress, sleep, and resilience.
We start with the foundations your body relies on. When it makes sense, we look deeper with functional testing, then use what we learn to guide your next steps.
You won’t be handed a generic protocol or a pile of supplements.
You’ll have a plan built around your body, your history, and this season of your life.
Inside Revive Your Roots™
-1-
Guidance Built Around You
You won’t be left trying to piece together advice on your own.
We begin with a Deep Dive into your health story, symptoms, daily rhythms, and what you’ve already tried. You leave with a written summary of your patterns, your main priorities, and where to begin.
-2-
Foundations Before Fixes
Before adding more supplements or testing, we focus on the foundations that are easy to overlook.
A self-paced curriculum, with practical tools and trackers, walks you through sleep, nourishment, blood sugar, movement, muscle, stress, and recovery… and how to build metabolic and energy resilience as you move through menopause.
-3-
Strategic Root-Cause Insights
When it makes sense, we look deeper.
Functional testing can include blood chemistry, hormones, and the gut microbiome. In a private session, we walk through your results together, exploring the patterns through a functional lens and how they connect to your story.
-4-
Guidance Along the Way
Understanding your body is important. Having support while you apply it matters too.
You’ll have community messaging and monthly group Q&A while you put what you’re learning into practice. At the end, we review your progress together so you know what comes next.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in healthcare, including years as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Over time, my path shifted toward root-cause and functional approaches. Partly through caring for others… and partly through my own health challenges, which often felt unanswered or misunderstood.
Like many women, changing hormones eventually exposed patterns I could no longer ignore.
What I discovered first in myself, and then in those around me, is this:
Symptoms rarely happen in isolation.
Today, my work is grounded in functional training in hormones, the gut microbiome, and functional blood chemistry. My healthcare background shapes how carefully I listen to your history.
Together, we step back, stop guessing, and understand what your body is asking for now… then build a path that makes sense for you.
While I’m a licensed nurse practitioner, I’m not acting in that role in Revive Your Roots™. This program is educational and coaching-based.
